Declutter With a Purpose

Got extra furniture, tools, or leftover building materials taking up space? Instead of throwing them out or letting them collect dust, consider donating them to Habitat for Humanity.

Decluttering your home feels great—and it can do a world of good.

When you donate gently used items, you're:

  • Keeping usable goods out of the landfill.
  • Giving others access to affordable materials and home items.
  • Helping fund Habitat for Humanity’s mission to build safe, affordable housing.

Whether you're cleaning out the garage, remodeling a kitchen, or just simplifying your space, your donated items can help someone else purchase items they might not otherwise be able to afford.

And here's the best part: if we can't directly use your donated items, ReStore often can and when they make sales a part of the proceeds go directly toward building homes right here in our community. They'll even come to your house to pick up some donations, and every donation helps support local families on their path to safe, stable housing.

What Can You Donate?

Lots of things—for real!

We have a partial (but lengthy list) on our Donate Goods page. You can learn more about ReStore on our Why ReStore page. If you want to donate new building materials or have questions please contact us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
