It Takes a Community: Wisconsin Rapids Area Habitat for Humanity partners with families in need, volunteer workers, and local businesses to build an affordable house.
How We Build More Houses: The homeowners' monthly mortgage payments, along with material and financial donations and volunteer workers, are used to build still more Habitat houses.

Habitat Homes Are Not Free: Habitat houses are sold to partner families at no profit and are financed with no-interest loans. This helps families break the cycle of generational poverty.
We've Built 20 Houses in the Area: It's true—we've built 20 houses in the Wisconsin Rapids area with #21 underway. We've also taken on numerous repairs and upgrade projects.
